Hasti began her career as a plaintiff-side employment litigator at Keith A. Fink & Associates. She represented employees in wage-and-hour, wrongful-termination, harassment, and discrimination matters, including contributing to the American Apparel wage-and-hour litigation.
That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of how workplace disputes develop, where employers become vulnerable, and how seemingly minor decisions can grow into consequential claims.
Daneshvar Law
In 2009, Hasti founded Daneshvar Law to provide clients with direct, personal legal counsel. Her practice includes advising businesses and employers on formation, contracts, workplace compliance, and disputes, as well as representing individuals in personal-injury and estate-planning matters.
Clients work directly with Hasti from the first conversation through the resolution of their matter.
Fox Intel
Hasti is also the founder of Fox Intel, an investigations and open-source intelligence venture created to bring greater clarity to complex questions. Fox Intel uses lawful digital research and publicly available information to identify connections, verify facts, assess risk, and uncover details that conventional research may overlook.
Its purpose is not simply to gather information, but to place that information in context and transform it into useful intelligence for legal, business, and investigative decision-making.
