Hasti Daneshvar, Esquire
Hasti Daneshvar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, where she served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association. She is also licensed by the State of California and the United States District Court as an Attorney-at-Law. She is a member of the California State Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and Iranian American Bar Association (IALA).
Ms. Daneshvar possesses a great deal of expertise in real estate law. Prior to establishing her law firm, she worked for Omrani Group, Inc., a prominent Beverly Hills design and building firm. At Omrani Group, Inc., she worked with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients on the development of high-end building throughout Los Angeles. Ms. Daneshvar is also licensed by the State of California as a Real Estate Salesperson. Consequently, she is very experienced in real estate and construction. Construction and real estate clients benefit from Ms. Daneshvar’s broad and first-hand experience in these areas.
Ms. Daneshvar also worked as an Associate at the Los Angeles office of Keith A. Fink & Associates, a boutique litigation firm with a primary emphasis in labor and employment matters, as well as business litigation.
